About Danielle Beitz
At a young age, I realized that buying food and “things” was not as easy as it seemed. A store coupon was not how much you paid for an item in the store. It all came clear while I stood in a line up at a grocery store with my stack of coupons thinking I was going to buy supplies for my friends and I for our box fort in my backyard. After watching a woman pay with a coupon and how one really worked, I slipped my items back and sadly left empty handed.
At age 11, I wanted to buy my family Christmas gifts. I couldn’t legally work then but could volunteer, and so I did for a year in a library until I could earn an income. Friday nights were not exactly exciting, however, Christmas morning there were special gifts for all! Watching my mother work multiple jobs to provide for us, make dreams come true and be so positive throughout difficult times, made me a stronger person and a desire to be successful help those around me be more comfortable.
I have danced since the age of 4, competing and performing throughout Canada and the US. Working hard daily, dedicated most of my childhood years, brought forth my best efforts to go places and be successful in the world of dance. I was passionate about what I did and could see no other way than doing my best and going for it! I continued with dance throughout my adult years teaching in Parry Sound as a Hip Hop teacher. I have carried forward those life lessons, experiences and sacrifices and appreciate them for who I have become today.
After moving from a small town to the suburbs, I thrived in the Customer service industry working 12 years in the restaurant business, starting as soon as I was old enough to serve. I saved my pennies, moved out on my own as a young adult and shortly later purchased my first condominium. In that time, my son Brandon was brought into the world. A caring, considerate and talented young boy who to this day makes me laugh and very proud! We moved to Parry Sound 17 years ago, fell in love with the beauty of living in a small town again. In 2005, “baby girl” Georgia was born, beautiful, funny and caring like her older brother. For many years I operated all aspects of a marina while continually developing strong business skills. I had a passion for real-estate and interior decorating and a need to interact and work amongst many people in my chosen line of work. I pursued my Real Estate career and ran with it, never looking back, taking on all aspects of the real-estate business and the marketing of it and working the business to its fullest. I have more recently expanded my business in many new ways; I am very excited for my clients to experience the success from these alterations and additions. If I could leave a small piece of advice to anyone who reads this, it is “Do what you love and do it well, success is really just that simple”. I have found a career that fits just right, the exact feeling and result I wish for my clients, to find an investment/cottage/home that fits “just right”.
I am greatly appreciative for the strong support of my parents, siblings, 2 absolutely wonderful children and close friends, they help me see clear. I am continually learning, growing and gaining more and more knowledge to be the best representative I possibly can. My goal always with my career, to develop relationships, earn trust, be reliable and get the job done! I am a full time agent who works extremely hard for my Buyers and Sellers, There’s just no other way……I thank you for taking the time to get to know the real me .
